Refund policy

No cancellations. No refunds.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, and we do not refund a fragrance because it didn't suit you.

The only exception is if something is wrong with what you receive. That means:

• The bottle or vial arrives broken, cracked or leaking
• You receive the wrong fragrance, or the wrong size
• The seal on a full bottle is already broken
• A decant arrives underfilled
• An item is missing from your order

In any of those cases, message us on WhatsApp within 3 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or refund you in full, and we will cover the return delivery.
